Aaron Burciaga is a renowned Data Scientist, AI Engineer, author, and Advisor with a career spanning startups and enterprises, focused on delivering efficiency and value through automation, data science, machine learning, AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and emerging technologies. He chairs the Analytics Certification Board, holding roles like CEO, CTO, Vice President, and Senior Director in Fortune 500s and co-founding tech startups. Aaron is a Forbes contributor, a sought-after keynote speaker, and a Certified Analytics Professional (CAP). He also serves on the U.S. Department of Commerce’s National Technology Information Service (NTIS) advisory board, holding an M.S. in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. from the US Naval Academy.

His career includes contributions to Pluralsight and the development of the world's premier data literacy program at Qlik, earning them numerous awards. Passionate about humanizing data, Jordan empowers people to harness the power of data and analytics in their careers, businesses, and personal lives, bridging the gap between numbers and impact.

Pascale Delaunay

Technology Maven

Pascale Delaunay is a Haitian-American global technology leader with over 18 years of subject matter expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, collaboration, networking, wireless, and cloud technologies. She is a technology strategist, solutions architect, engineer, mentor, non-profit founder (Connect and Elevate), radio host, former elite athlete, and community organizer. She has startup experience and is a patented inventor. Her favorite way of giving back is through her non-profit, with a goal to “Connect and Elevate” people, communities, and the world by bringing experts in their respective fields of Athletics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math (A.S.T.E.A.M) to underserved places for enablement in those transformative fields locally.

Russel Smith

Russell (Rusty) Smith

Cisco Sr. Director, Digital Impact Office
Russell Smith, known as Rusty, is the Sr. Director of the Americas Digital Impact Office at Cisco, leading the Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) and Networking Academy. He collaborates with leaders on vital challenges and promotes inclusivity from smart cities to digitization. Rusty's team develops advanced strategies and secure solutions for Cisco's clients, drawing from his 25+ years of industry experience, including leadership in service providers and Cisco VAR organizations. Before this role, he led Cisco's Americas Sustainability market development teams and established a global public funding capture program in 32 countries outside the US.
